They are very swift and experienced. I would say they are really good at what they do.They don't have any hidden charges! The car u see in Japan is what will be delivered. I could praise them a whole day!I met them online and no one gave me a referal, I read their profile,visited their offices n trusted them to get me a car, it took about 3months to get the car i wanted with exact specs and once identified in 6 weaks I had my car.Anytime I would recommend them to anybody, to date my car has nèver given me issues 2years down the line not even a puncture! It was a seamless process - from identification of available vehicles in the auction, bidding and finally processing the payment and shipment. The support provided during the whole process is fabulous and I did not know the car importation process can be that smooth and timely. Feedback on shipment schedule, port clearance and transportation to Nairobi was forthcoming and hence there was less anxiety. Finally, the car was received in the same condition as provided in the auction report. Francis' masterly of Japanese language also makes it easier to understand car details and conditions. It saves money and time, and finally once gets a perfect car. Keep it up!

My experience with Jap import was fabulous! Dealt with them remotely which can be a challenge on itself but their prompt response to my numerous emails/calls did help ease this challenge. They kept me posted on each stage & were proactive in notifying me if there was any change to the schedule. Their website which was my first contact with them is outstanding & helped a lot when I was researching on the different CRV specs/models available in Japan. I would highly recommend their services!
