We are looking for a results-driven inventory clerk to join our sales team
The ideal candidate will be required to
:
- Maintain accurate inventory of all vehicles in the yard
- Receive and release cars in/from the yard
- Ensure that cars are ready and presentable at all times
- Ensure that vehicle delivery, release and receiving forms and filled out properly.
and up to date - Keep all vehicle keys labelled at all times
- Coordinate vehicle fueling activities
- Record keeping and report writing
- Maintain accurate inventory of vehicle accessories
- Coordinate with other teams for efficient running of the showroom
Requirements
- Good computer skills & speed, particularly Microsoft Excel
- 1-2 years working experience in a busy environment
- Attention to details, particularly numbers
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Able to work well with others
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Education Requirements
Degree or diploma in a related business field such as business management, supply
chain management or logistics.
